What’s My Dream Home Gonna Look Like

It has to be cozy, jazzy, private and oh, exclusive. I’ve been walking through the property market and have been searching for some good substantial properties just so that i can lay my hard earned dollars on them. There are places like KLCC and Bangsar, one word ouch for this place, prices are just too high, that said, the properties there are just too old.

Now now, what about Hartamas + Mont Kiara?  Well, by giving some thought and working on with some research, it clearly shows that quality vs price is fair in this area. I’ve been moving about looking for something cheaper, but the “something cheaper” also means something disgusting. I’ve been into some pretty nasty looking units recently and urgh, simply throws me off!

After months of analyzing, I’ve come down to 2 places, Kiara 1 I-Zen and Verve Suites. These 2 places are new and yes, they are pricey. Urgh, that just means that I’ve got to stretch my bank loan a tad bit harder. I love I-Zen, the fact that it’s surrounded with everything I need, great location, perfect facilities and a Starbucks in it. It’s only 6 months old.

Right after all the hype on I-Zen, came another prospect, something that actually beats all the good points of I-Zen, and it’s called the Verve Suites. What’s Verve Suites?

Verve Suites is where pure energy lives in. You can almost feel it in every bolt, beam and brick. And while it does not ask of anyone to be of a certain age, color or creed, it does encourage one to be of a certain state of mind. Being open to fresh ideas, getting excited by new challenges, finding serenity boring, these are the virtues of those who will find living here not just inspiring but invigorating. For it is more than just a residence, it is the Verve Suites.

I love the concept of bringing in your baggage and unpack right off. Verve Suites is fully furnished, every single unit. I also love the thoughtful mind, the mind that removed the whole entire penthouse and smacked in a sky lounge. Oooh, about the sky lounge, it’s sensationally amazing! A private bar, pool table, lounge chairs gym and of course, the open air lounge on the 2nd floor of the sky lounge.

Now, feast your eyes on these pictures:

Casey’s Mission: Loose Fat Meal Plan, Day 1

As of today, I’ve had it. Living with my family again just allows me to munch on whatever I like, whenever I want. That’s gotta stop, and yes, i am gaining lots of fats all around, and its worrying. I am not trying to be vain, not even close, but I want to stay healthy and in shape. With my Slip Disc acting up nowadays, I do reckon that its gotta do with the added weight I’ve gained recently. So, I’ve built up a Meal Plan to help me loose these gooey bastards. Here goes:

Ice Tea Without Ice Please

Japanese_man

Was with Nicole over at Esquire Kitchen for dinner yesterday, and I overheard the conversation going on next door (table). 4 Japanese men trying to speak Cantonese to impress the lady waiter that’s taking their order, it was pretty darn funny and this was how it went:

JapMan1: Elo, Sheet Char NOH ice.

Waiter: No plobem.

JapMan2: Sheet Char NOH ice also.

Waiter: Ok Ok.

JapMan2: Sheet Char WITH ice.

Waiter: Orh.

JapMan3: Chow Fan with chicken noodle soup

Waiter: Meh Si?

The conversation actually went on with the use of Cantonese, and it didn’t go down well.

In the old days when kings and queens have their jesters entertaining them, well, this was our all night entertainment, but please oh please, no jester hats on Japanese please.

My Emotion First Aid Kit

Emergency, Random, Love, Angry, Sad and Happy. My darling girl made this for me, it’s my 3rd Valentines day present from her. So yes, how does it work? Basically, every morning, and every night (preferbly the moment before I sleep, and right when i’m awake), I will open up one of the jar, and unroll the tiny cute lil scrolls and read the content.

So, I picked Love. Of course right? Well, the main reason for me picking love, hmmph….. I am very much in Love? And she was just right beside me, didn’t wanna dissapoint her 🙂

There we go, Love!

Everything here is done with detail, and a pure heart. I love you darling, and I will always do.

There are even little flowers inside, and the white pieces are the miny scrolls.

This looks like Mr.Blurry Cam. What’s in the scroll is just simply amazing, something that I can never expect, something truly beautiful, something that makes me love you more.

SWEETTT!!!!!

And then, the next day, I opened up Happy.

Lads and Gents, let me introduce you to Happy

Pretty Stars in Happy, awaiting for me to get all dazzled.

Look at them, really really pretty. It seems like I have died and gone to Heaven!

I so LOVE YOU!!!!
