Casey’s Mission: Loose Fat Meal Plan, Day 2

So yes, my 2nd day, and it’s going pretty darn well, still well below 1700 calories, and woosh, letting out alot of air today and took on bad headache today, I reckon its got to do with low carb intake from wheat. Urgh, low energy day.

Here goes:

14th May 2009

9.00am: Oat Meal with Skim Milk

165 Calories, 25.4g Carbohydrates, 3.9g Fats, 8.3g Protein

12.00pm: 1 Carrot and 3 Egg Whites

373 Calories, 18g Carbohydrates, 0g Fats, 70g Protein

12.45pm: Seaweed (itchy mouth)

280 Calories, 8g Carbohydrates, 12g Fats, 8g Protein

2.30pm: Mushroom Salad

150 Calories, 15g Carbohydrates, 4g Fats, 16g Protein

5.00pm: 2 Egg Whites

214 Calories, 4g Carbohydrates, 0 Fats, 46g Protein

6.30pm: Fried Platter which consists of Salmon, Mushroom, Dumplings and Yam (Google Event)

450 Calories, 15g Carbohydrates, 50g Fats, 25g Protein

And there goes a total of:

Calories: 1632

Carbohydrates: 85.4g

Fats: 69.9g

Protein: 173.3g

Casey’s Mission: Loose Fat Meal Plan, Day 1

As of today, I’ve had it. Living with my family again just allows me to munch on whatever I like, whenever I want. That’s gotta stop, and yes, i am gaining lots of fats all around, and its worrying. I am not trying to be vain, not even close, but I want to stay healthy and in shape. With my Slip Disc acting up nowadays, I do reckon that its gotta do with the added weight I’ve gained recently. So, I’ve built up a Meal Plan to help me loose these gooey bastards. Here goes:

13th May 2009

1.30pm: 2 Whole Meal Toast with 2 Tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil and half teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar.

389 Calories, 24g Carbohydrate, 27.5g Fats, 6g Protein

4.45pm: 1 Banana

100 Calories, 25g Carbohydrate, 0.5g Fats, 1g Protein

7.45pm: Roast Salmon with Carrots and Mango as dessert

255 Calories, 18g Carbohydrate, 22g Fats, 43g Protein

9.00pm: Green Tea

2 Calories, 0.2g Carbohydrate, 0.2g Protein

Available in Sg. Wang, Zang Toi. Really tasty, nothing beats this refreshing drink. Well, it might taste funky, but oh, funky good!

Awesome Pan Mee

In a not so secluded and yet hard to find location, Kin Kin Restaurant. They’ve got a branch in Cheras and one in the bustle of Kuala Lumpur.

@ the price of RM 4.70 a bowl, you might be expecting something really awesome to blow your stomach off your internals. Well, it actually does. The jello-ish egg, the crispy onions, flaky spicy chili and the smooth tangy noodles.

Need not to say more. Go get some!

B’Day Presents

It’s kinda depressing this year that i didn’t get any birthday presents, not that I am demanding for anything, but sigh. Having said that, I did receive a pack of goodies a couple days later. Mr.Yap caught me in my breakfast hour and gave me my first bday present! But, the gift was from his girlfriend. Mr.Yap, you are so dead! Where is my pressie?
