Pizza Night

Thank God for a crazy French cook in my apartment! WOOT WOOT!!! I’ve been eating really well, better than before (Not counting the ones in Malaysia). So, we were bored and tired with thinking about “WHAT TO EAT”. Minutes later, poof! PIZZA! We were super semangat in thinking what to put on the pizza, and this is what we did.

1. Pizza Base
2. Mushrooms
3. Pineapples
4. Onions
5. Garlic
6. Ham/Meatloaf
7. Cheese (We used the conventional Mozzarella and the un-conventional Blue Cheese! and Feta)
8. Oil

We got lazy… Bought the base instead

To get the mushroom up to taste and cooked, we sauteed it. With oil, salt and pepper.

Mushrooms are awesome!

Then we prepared the Onions. onions are so good, uber tasty, gawd, I miss having onion rings.

I’ve got a video here showing my housemate chopping ze onions and flipping the mushrooms!

Then to add in some extra taste, Meatloaf! We used Ham and Chicken.

Cut them into strips

Then Fire them up! Cook them till golden brown.

I got too excited in preping the first pizza that I forgot to take more pictures of it. The only one i have is when it entered the oven!

Thats the Mushroom-Onion-Feta-Bluecheese-Tomato Pizza!

This is the Pineapple-Onion-Meatloaf-Mushroom-Mozzarella-Feta Pizza!

And the end result?

Tasty, UBER tasty! Nyum!
